North Wales by the Sea
This part of North Wales is just west of the famous Snowdonia National
Park. Pwllheli is a small sea-side town with a large marina. But surprisingly
it is not touristy.
This 110 year old, four-storey house is a place for musicians. Right
by the beach, it is spacious with 4 bathrooms, 3 kitchens, many bedrooms,
and best of all
3 grand pianos (including a Model B Steinway), 2 uprights,
and thick walls so you can play all night.
accommodates 10 - 15 people - more in the summer because the top floor
is not heated.
self-catering £5 per person per night in a group
or full-board £15
Pwllheli, 30 miles(40 minute drive) from Bangor, Wales
(by 3.5 hour fast train from Euston Station in London)
If you're flying from abroad, it might be easier to fly into Manchester
or Birmingham and then take a train, rather than into London (for example).
