The Diary of Anne Ku6 July 2000 Thursday DATING X, Y, Z (continued from 5 July) Disco dancing offers body talk which is the immediate predecessor to closer intimacy. Physical contact is necessary, for it foretells whether the acidic female arm can successfully react with the basic male shoulder. In touch dancing, loose, unbalanced turns probably warn of a shaky relationship. firm hand grips, however, signify uncontrollable desires. This continual touching produces a lasting effect. The first date is an experiment whereby the hypothesis is formed. On the second date, the probability of a good relationship is tested. Successive dates confirm the initial intuition. My friend in Virginia - the first gentleman who taught me how to behave like a lady to be treated like one - mailed it to me recently - to remind me of my innocence. |
