Avebury stone circles

Our good friend RB planned the three day outing, rented the car, and drove us to a place in Wiltshire. After Avebury, there's no need to visit Stonehenge.

Apparently it's one of the greatest stone circles. Today it's a small village mainly known for tourism. If you drive through it, you might even miss it.

After this, we drove and got lost trying to find a castle. I wanted to see one of each of the following: a castle, cathedral, church, mansion house, and garden. By the time we got to Glastonbury, everything had closed.

It turned out that I have been to Glastonbury before. Twelve years ago. I was a different person then.
