The subject of "climate change", also known as "global warming", conjures up images of radical weather movement and stirs up controversies that reflect both scientific and political uncertainties. For the most part, the international community agrees with the existence of global warming and its far-reaching impacts. However, the world is divided on effective ways to prevent or slow down its occurrence and effects.
