WHOLEFOOD MARKET

What a healthy concept! A chain of supermarkets dedicated to wholesome, organic foods. Only in America can such big stores and huge chains exist.

After my favourite workout (cardio sculpt class), I went to the nearest Wholefood Market store in anticipation of a healthy dinner. The place was so big that it distracted me from my hunger.

First I visited the fresh vegetable and fruit section. They looked too healthy to be eaten. Next, I passed by the milk and soya milk.

The place is not just for shopping for groceries or eating well, but a place to be - just to feel healthy and well. I felt healthy just being seen there! Now if only we had one of these in England! Sigh!
